During this train-the-trainer workshop for staff of youth-serving organizations we review best practices for facilitating adult learning experiences. The second half of the training takes practitioners through OM’s new training curriculum on How to Build Youth Identity through Developmental Relationships. We’ll model how to teach other adults core qualities of developmental relationships, building growth mindset, and
supportive communication skills.
