Bandon non-profit organizations are invited to send two representatives to the BandonCares Spring Networking Dinner on Thursday April 16th at 5 PM at the Barn. Keynote speaker will be Amy Carlson, Director of Rural Programs for the Non-Profit Association of Oregon. She will talk about NAO’s statewide resources available to Oregon’s non-profit organizations. Rural Development Initiatives’ Alexa Carey will also present a short demonstration on how to create a Facebook presence for your organization. Also presenting will be Bandon High School students talking about their Community 101 grant program.
Following the presentations, attendees will get an opportunity to network with a number of granting organizations. Among those present will be the Oregon Community Foundation, the Coquille Tribal Community Fund, Wild Rivers Coastal Alliance and the Three Rivers Foundation.
Come dine and network with your fellow colleagues serving local nonprofits and get to know the folks from the granting agencies that are so important to us. Make sure your organization is represented.
