About this event
Nonprofits need a solid strategy for data collection and analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of their programs. Funders often request this data to determine program effectiveness, and measuring programs is clearly an essential element of taking your mission further. However, with all the confusing terminology, varying approaches to collection, and difficulty of clear presentation, many nonprofits are without a foundation to start from.
In this session, we’ll break down 10 straightforward tips to help you skip the jargon and get started in collecting the data that matters most to your organization. Some of the topics covered will include:
- Why data matters
- Essential evaluation terminology
- A breakdown of the Idealware model for outcomes measurement
- How to balance funder requirements with your own needs
- Presenting data for your audience
This FREE webinar provides an introduction to How to Use Data to Transform Your Organization: A Nonprofit Toolkit.
