Donor Database Basics – with speaker Amanda Jarman
This session is designed to build skills in database reporting. By understanding the basics of how databases work, participants will learn how to effectively store and retrieve donor information from their database. This session is particularly aimed at non-technical individuals, and will
cover basic terminology (e.g. relational database, GUI, SQL), and query-building (Boolean operators, relational operators) These basic skills can be generalized to any donor database, and this course will not be based on a specific software platform.
