Change pushes us. Change challenges us. Change prompts us to grow.
This session will provide a model for human and organizational development.
And it will prepare participants for taking practical steps to lead change
within their departments and organizations. These key ideas have been tested
and used in national nonprofits, international NGOs, school districts, and
city management teams. We will reflect on examples from each. And together,
we will explore the possibility of leading people to lasting and meaningful
change.
