This webinar is intended to provide an overview of the new law, and then
spend time answering attendees’ questions about how entrepreneurs might use
Oregon’s new Community Public Offering (CPO). Entrepreneurs may raise up to
$250,000 from Oregon residents. This information session is in preparation
for our second Hatch Oregon cohort of entrepreneurs to make use of the CPO
law.
Amy Pearl, Founder and Executive Director of Hatch Innovation, the non-profit
community innovation lab behind Hatch Oregon, the web platform through which
businesses can list their offerings and through which investors can view and
invest in those offerings, will be leading this webinar.
