About this event
The Oregon Outdoor Education Coalition, with the generous support of the Oregon Forest Resources Institute, is holding six regional discussions in December 2014 and January 2015 to hear what Oregonians think about Outdoor School and how it can better serve the needs of their communities. Oregon’s outdoor school programs have a rich history dating back to the late 1950s but today less than half of Oregon students get to participate in the program. These regional gatherings are an opportunity to help shape education in Oregon by telling us what you think Outdoor School should look like moving forward.
