Adrienne Graham
Lead Consultant
Leapfrog Training & Facilitation

Presentation & Continental Breakfast at 8:00
Networking at 9:30

Group think? Inertia? Rubber-stamping? Is your Board making decisions with little deliberation for risk or opportunities? Has your Board ever envisioned the possibility of more than one future? In this interactive and informative session, you will learn what a “culture of inquiry” is and how to foster a robust culture for your Board. We will use some of Jim Collins’s work from Good to Great and the Social Sectors to learn how to create a “culture of inquiry”—from who’s on the bus to how you engage and energize them in dialogue and deliberation. Learn what you can do to transform your Board and create the climate for good governance.
