The nonprofit environment is rapidly changing and requires adaptive leadership to respond to changing economic, political, and technological conditions that impact the design and delivery of programs and services. Join our experienced panelists of nonprofit leaders for a lively discussion on adaptive leadership and effective strategies for engaging your staff and Board in achieving your mission. Our facilitator and panelists will share their in-depth experiences with:

  • Building and maintaining staff morale
  • Recognizing and nurturing leadership in others
  • Effective leadership styles for different stages in an organization’s development
  • Fostering long-term vision while managing short-term crises
  • Managing growth and contraction, or “right sizing” your organization

Both emerging and experienced nonprofit leaders can benefit from learning how to identify and work through specific leadership challenges.
