Join our experienced panelists of nonprofit leaders for a lively discussion on effective leadership models for engaging your staff and Board in achieving your mission. Our facilitator and panelists will share their in-depth experiences with:
- Building and maintaining staff morale
- Recognizing and nurturing leadership in others
- Effective leadership styles for different stages in an organization’s development
- Fostering long-term vision while managing short-term crises
- Managing growth and contraction, or “right sizing” your organization
Both emerging and experienced nonprofit leaders can benefit from learning how to identify and work through specific leadership challenges.
