Carol Peppe Hewitt, author of Financing Our Foodshed: Growing Local Food with Slow Money, returns with her inspiring stories of neighbors empowering neighbors with local investing. Hewitt presented in Northeast Oregon in May of this year and is the keynote speaker at the Economic Vitality Summit, which takes place earlier in the day.
